We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible, all items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. Free delivery for all orders over $100. Shipping fee of $10 for orders below this amount.
We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. We can deliver to your home or office.
To guarantee delivery, there must be someone to receive the goods between 9am – 5pm. Alternatively, you can select “Authority to Leave” the goods unattended, this will however void your warranty and neither Bianca nor our courier can be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your item.
Shipping includes full insurance for products that are lost or damaged during transit.
