All purchases from bianca.com.au come with a 30 day Love It or Return It Guarantee. In the unlikely event that you don’t love your product or simply change your mind, we will happily provide a full refund. Return freight will be at the buyer’s expense and delivery charges will not be refunded.
Return's Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be in original condition; not used, washed or laundered, all original labels must be attached to the item, the original packaging is sent back with the goods and you provide an original Bianca tax invoice as proof of purchase.
The 30 day Love It or Return It Guarantee will commence the day that the customer takes delivery of the product.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Quilts, mattress toppers, mattress protectors, pillows and pillow protectors are unfortunately not eligible for returns due to health regulations.
